Everything is made to order

We do not hold stock. Every item is printed and finished after you order it, which takes 2 to 5 business days before your package ships. That is not a delay, it is how the whole operation works, and it is why we can offer a full size range without sitting on inventory.

Where we ship

United States and Canada.

How long it takes

United States: 3 to 7 business days in transit after production. Roughly 5 to 12 business days from order to doorstep.

Canada: 7 to 14 business days in transit after production, plus customs processing. Roughly 9 to 19 business days from order to doorstep.

You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping costs

US orders over $75 ship free. Everything else is calculated at checkout based on your address and the size of your order.

For Canadian orders, duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Those are set by Canadian customs and we have no way to predict them in advance.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items need to be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

If we got it wrong, we cover it completely. Misprints, defects, damage in transit, or the wrong item or size. Send us a photo and we will ship a replacement or send a prepaid return label. In most cases you will not need to send anything back.

If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, return shipping is on you. Once the item reaches us we refund the purchase price to your original payment method.

Exchanges

The fastest way to swap a size is to request a refund and place a new order. Because each item is made to order, a true exchange takes about twice as long.
